We are located in Rowland Heights, Ca , and looking for Part time Customs Data Entry Writer.
Job Duties:
• Entering data for importations of shipments and transmission to Customs/ FDA etc and Responsible for daily entry file on time .
• Verify arrival information with Airlines/NVOCC"s/ Steamship Lines, etc.
• Check availably daily and follow up with trucking company , forwarding agents
• Data entry
Qualifications:
• Proficient with Microsoft office ,Word, Excel, Outlook
• Bilingual Chinese ( 中英文)
• Customs or data entry experience is a plus!
• Bachelor"s degree preferred
• Must be quick and accurate in typing plus organized, detail oriented
• Able to multitask well and self motivated.
Part time , high school/ college students (10 to 20 hrs per week )
