Key Responsibilities:
• Account Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, including invoice processing, applying received payment, checking & recording credit memo, and sending statement to customer.
• Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable, including checking & recording vendor bills, recording bill payments, and maintaining purchase prepayment status.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with GL-bank account.
• Credit Card Reconciliation: Record credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare reports: Assisting accounting manager in preparing reports.
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
• QuickBooks: Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
Qualifications:
• Fundamental Accounting Knowledge
• Must be detail-oriented and a team-player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, forward thinking environment
• Must speak and be able to write legibly in English.
