2. 故障分析与分析判断，更换风扇等配件 。
任职要求：
1. 较好的沟通技能及动手能力，可独立解决运维过程中的故障异常问题
2. 电脑基本操作，有责任心，主动性强，并乐于接受挑战
3. 具备较好的团队协作能力
4. 需有合法身份
5. 高中以上学历
6. 试用期 3 月（试用期内有劳工保险）每周工作 40 小时，加班另付加班费
7. 可接受 10%-30%的美国境内出差
优先考虑：
1. 具备 IDC 运维经验或者机房工作者和矿机运维经验
2. 矿机运维经验优先
3. 具备较好的电子知识背景

Job Description: We are seeking an Operation Specialist to join our team. The Operator will be
responsible for operating and maintaining our mining equipment, ensuring that all machines are
running efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience working with
cryptocurrency mining equipment, problem-solving skills. We also provide hands on training.
Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain Ant Miner equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
• Monitor the performance of all mining machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all mining equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to
manufacturer recommendations.
• Work with the IT team to optimize mining operations and troubleshoot network or
connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate records of mining performance and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• May travel 10%~30%
