- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, from
inception through trial
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings,
motions, and briefs
- Provide legal advice to clients and make strategic
recommendations
- Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial
- Collaborate effectively with a small team of colleagues
and support staff
Qualifications:
- California Law License with No Disciplinary History
- 2-3 years of legal practice experience, with a focus on
civil litigation
- Proficiency in California Civil Procedure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
