接线员 (远程工作）$16-20/hr

TotalCare is looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist our Chinese-speaking patients. In this role, you will handle approximately 80 phone calls per day, including requests for appointments, follow-up on referral letters, and checking lab results.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. After training, you can choose to work from home.
This is a unique opportunity to learn more about the U.S. health care system and help the local Chinese American community. No experience is required, but candidates must be proficient in English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
