    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our property management team as a Property Manager Assistant with a focus on showing properties. The role involves assisting the property manager in various administrative tasks and conducting property showings to potential tenants or buyers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be customer-oriented, and have a strong understanding of property management processes.

    Responsibilities:
    - Oversee and coordinate real estate transactions- Attract and educate new tenants- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion- Schedule and coordinate property showings for potential tenants or buyers, ensuring timely and efficient tours of available properties.- Showcase properties to prospective tenants or buyers, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns.- Provide guided tours of properties, emphasizing property benefits, amenities, and lease terms or purchase conditions.- Maintain a neat and professional appearance while representing the company during property showings.
    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in property management or other related fields (Not Required)Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases (Not Required)Ability to build rapport with tenantsAbility to multitask and prioritizeVerbal communication skills in Chinese and English

    使用物业管理软件或其他指定系统准确和及时地记录房屋展示的情况,包括感兴趣的人及其反馈。
    租户关系:

    快速、专业地回答潜在租户或购房者有关房屋可用性、租赁条款和申请流程的询问。
    与物业经理合作,协助解决租户或购房者的需求、疑虑、维修请求和租约续签事宜。
    协助准备租赁协议,并确保完成所需的文件。
