主要职责:
1、协助公司人员招聘工作,如信息发布,面试邀约;
2、负责物资采购、办公室支出统计整理、活动策划安排;
3、协助公司管理,完成相关规章制度的制作和审核,并协助执行;
4、协助部门经理处理其他行政事务;
职位要求:
1、熟练使用Office等相关办公软件;
2、具备副学士学位或学士学位;
3、具备良好的中英文听、说、读、写能力,有综合行政工作类工作经验一年以上;
4、执行力强,工作仔细,沟通协调能力强;
5、对于加州本地环境熟悉,对工作有责任心,善于表达,有良好的工作安排能力;
6、具备工卡和SSN;

Job Description
·Assist in the recruitment of company personnel, such as information release and interview invitations;
·Responsible for material procurement, office expenditure statistics and organization, and event planning and arrangement;
·Assist in company management, complete the production and review of relevant rules and regulations, and assist in their implementation;
·Assist department managers in handling other administrative affairs;
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
·Proficient in using Office and other related office software;
·Possess an Associate Degree or bachelor's Degree;
·Possess good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English, with at least one year of experience in comprehensive administrative work;
·Strong execution ability, meticulous work, strong communication and coordination skills;
·Familiar with the local environment in California, with a sense of responsibility towards work, good communication skills, and good work arrangement skills;
·Possess job card and SSN;
·Compensation: Negotiable depending on experience
