Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Preparation: Responsible for preparing and reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Taxation Matters: Assist in handling the company's taxation matters, including calculating and reporting income and sales tax.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze the company's cost structure, provide cost-saving recommendations, and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Financial Audits: Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely and accurate provision of requested documentation.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus).
-4 years of progressive accounting experience.Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
