Assist customers with placing orders (including but not limited to domestic and international orders, etc.) and ensure order information is accurate. Maintain order status and provide tracking updates to customers as needed. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner (especially for new customers) and provide effective answers. Follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are met (including but not limited to B2B team, warehouse operations, account managers, etc.). Manual operations are required when certain functions are not supported by the WMS/OMS system. Assist customers in filing claims and follow up throughout the process. Coordinate with the account manager to generate all relevant documents and necessary information as needed.
qualifications:
Must have an associate's degree, bachelor's degree preferred. Intermediate MS Office application skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and adapt effectively to change, thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication skills, innovative thinking, strong critical thinking. Experience in data analysis, cleansing and processing preferred. Mandarin speakers preferred.
