    ### 招聘岗位:客服/票务专员

    #### 工作内容:
    - 熟练操作全球分销系统(如Amadeus、Sabre、Galileo等GDS系统),完成查询、出票、退票和改期等任务。
    - 理解客户需求,通过电子邮件、聊天和电话提供专业、及时、周到的服务。
    - 建立有效的团队沟通,营造和谐的工作环境。

    #### 教育、经验和技能:
    - 中英文流利。
    - 有经验者学历不限,无经验者需本科以上学历。
    - 必须拥有美国工作的合法授权(不支持OPT、H1B)
    - 优先考虑具有航空票务、旅游或相关领域背景的候选人。
    - 具备解决问题和多任务处理能力。
    - 注重细节,具有良好的组织能力。
    - 懂得基本电脑操以及WORD, EXCEL 基本操作。

    ### Job Title: Customer Service/Ticketing Specialist

    #### Job Responsibilities:

    - Proficiently operate Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc., to complete tasks including inquiries, ticket issuance, refunds, and rescheduling.
    - Understand customer needs and provide professional, timely, and attentive service through email, chat, and phone.
    - Establish effective team communication and foster a harmonious working environment.
    ### Education, Experience, and Skills:

    - Proficient in both English and Chinese.
    - Educational requirements are not limited for experienced candidates; inexperienced candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher.
    - Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (OPT, H1B not supported).
    - Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in airline ticketing, travel, or related fields.
    - Must possess problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    - Basic computer skills and proficiency in WORD and EXCEL.

    - Accurately complete tasks assigned by the manager within the specified timeframe, providing exceptional service to customers.
    - Process applications quickly and accurately.
    - Provide support to teammates as needed.
