We take pride in delivering exceptional products and customer service, and we're looking for a dedicated order desk staff member to join our team, who will also serve as a backup Operations Manager, overseeing the Order Desk and Warehouse teams.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle the dual responsibilities of customer service and operations management. In addition to handling customer inquiries, order processing, and support, this role will also involve stepping into the role of Operations Manager when needed. This includes managing the Order Desk and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service/Order Desk Duties:
Receive and process customer orders with precision and attention to detail.
Address customer inquiries and provide professional assistance via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain and organize order records and customer information.
Contribute to process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and order desk duties.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to step into an Operations Manager role when needed.
Proficiency in computer systems and order processing software.
A positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management is a plus.
Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
