    Key Accounts Specialist
    Duties:
    -Maintain relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term cooperation and client satisfaction
    -Understand client needs in depth and coordinate internal resources to provide tailored solutions
    -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service and support
    -Conduct regular client visits and satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve services

    Qualifications:
    -Experienced in account management, preferably with a background in logistics or supply chain industries
    -Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling complex client needs independently
    -Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure

    Language: Bilingual (Mandarin Preferred)
    Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
    Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
    Work Location: Ontario, CA (In person)
    Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)


    Customer Support Representative

    Duties:
    Handle daily customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction; Assist customers with order processing and tracking, resolving order-related issues; Maintain good communication with related departments like logistics and warehousing to ensure customer needs are met promptly; Collect and organize customer feedback, assisting in the optimization of customer service processes; Manage customer service reports and perform data analysis.
