Responsibilities
·The ideal Bookkeeper will be performing to monitoring of multiple accounts, make sure all bills are paid on-time, all billings are sent out on-time.
Daily monitoring of multiple account balances and transaction Data entry of all payables and receivables Processing payroll and multiple bank accounts, credit cards. Responsible for writing check, wiring money and deposits Invoicing for vendors and subcontractors Tracking expenses per project communication with different department Daily report of the activities with the CEO and/or the management team maintain confidential and sensitive information at a tracking, analysis, and preparation of internal reports. Commission review or preparation (leases, referrals & sales Commission. Disbursement Authorize company benefits deductions and reporting Monthly P&L and reporting Coordinate with the external accountant and tax preparer prepare 1099Set up vendor list and onboard new vendors
This position is onsite in Ontario
Requirements and skills
·Work experience as an accountant, bookkeeper or similar role Preferred
2 years prior bookkeeping, organized and able to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to pay attention to detail. Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm. Always motivated, excited to learn and grow. Ability to work onsite 5 days a week .Strong analytical skill .Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with diplomacy. Ability to work independently and a self-starter. Superior time management skills. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin and English

· 2年及以上工作经验
