岗位职责：
1）课程设计：
负责设计适合4岁至3年级学生的课程，注重课程的趣味性与互动性，确保适合低年级学生的学习特点。
2）教师培训：
在课程设计完成后，为授课老师提供系统的培训，包括课程内容的讲解、教学技巧的分享及教学方法的指导。
跟踪教师实施课程的情况，提供反馈和改进建议。
3）课程优化：
根据学生的学习反馈和教学效果，持续优化课程设计。定期更新课程资源，确保与教育趋势和教学目标一致。
4）跨部门协作：
与教学、运营和市场团队沟通，支持教育机构的其他相关项目或活动。
任职要求：
学历要求：本科及以上学历，教育学、英语语言学或相关专业优先。
经验要求：
至少3年低龄段课程设计或教学经验。
拥有 English as a Second Language (ESL) 课程设计或教学经验者优先。
技能要求：
精通课程设计工具及方法，熟悉基于能力分级的课程设计。
能够针对4岁至3年级学生的学习特点开发适龄内容。
具备培训技能，能够清晰传达课程理念和教学策略。
个人素质：
热爱教育事业，富有创造力、耐心和责任感。
具备出色的沟通和团队合作能力。
适应跨文化工作环境，理解多语言、多文化背景的教育需求。

Job Responsibilities
Curriculum Design:
Develop engaging and interactive courses tailored for students aged 4 years to Grade 3, ensuring alignment with the learning characteristics of early-grade students.
Teacher Training:
Provide comprehensive training for instructors on newly designed curricula, including course content, teaching techniques, and instructional methods.
Monitor the implementation of the curriculum by teachers, offering feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Curriculum Optimization:
Continuously enhance course design based on student learning feedback and overall teaching effectiveness.
Regularly update curriculum materials to stay aligned with current educational trends and institutional goals.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with teaching, operations, and marketing teams to support additional organizational projects and activities.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum design or teaching for early childhood or lower primary grades.
Prior experience in designing or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) courses is highly preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in curriculum design tools and methodologies, with expertise in creating level-appropriate content.
Strong training skills to effectively communicate curriculum concepts and teaching strategies to educators.
Knowledge of ability-based curriculum design principles.
Personal Attributes:
Passionate about education, with creativity, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptable to multicultural work environments, with an understanding of the educational needs of diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
